Arts Cultivation and Education (ACE)

The Hip-Hop Theater Festival is committed to serving its audience comprised of under-served young people, adults and our artist constituencies through HHTF’s Arts Cultivation and Education (ACE) Program. In the 2005-2006 Season, ACE expanded to include hands-on workshops and master classes with Festival artists in conjunction with after-school programs and youth-based organizations in each Festival city. HHTF is also excited to announce its partnership with two NYC high schools, Urban assembly School of Music and Art and Urban Assembly of Business for Young Women to design theater arts programs tailored to each educational institution by tapping into the vast talent of HHTF artists over the last six years. In addition to offering programs intended to educate and enhance appreciation for the arts, ACE helps build sustained relationships between HHTF and our constituencies, ultimately ensuring future audiences and an ongoing interest in the arts.
